We don't track your browsing or monitor your device after you leave.
So we can provide free adjustments, help you transfer a filter to a new device, and reach you about your service. We keep it only as long as it's useful for serving you.
The filters we install (MB Smart, Techloq, Gentech) are operated by separate companies, each with its own privacy policy. When you subscribe, that software collects and manages its own data. We're happy to point you to the relevant policy.
Your DSC conversation is confidential. Nothing is written down except the plan you take home.
You can ask us anytime to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you. Just text or email us.
